Do we think the lure of the Europa League will help with our summer recruitment, i know it doesnt have the same aura as the Champions league but it is still Europe, and thatks to new rule change next seasons winners qualify for champs league 3rd qualifying round. I suspect a group stage entry will be more of a carrot than a qualifying round entry, but it should help with some bigger names.

    Rafael Van der Vaart.
    Steven Caulker.
    Nathan Redmond.
    Jack Rodwell.
    Aaron Creswell.
    Ross McCormack.

    That'd do nicely.

**** Campbell, hope he enjoys himself in the Championship. He's had chances to come here in the past. I've not forgot the little twats celebration.

Agreed and don't worry many from Hull tweeted him a picture of his gesture and told him what they thought of him.

Micah Richards will go to Arsenal (fan) or Everton (1st choice every week) I reckon.

Roswell would be a good signing if we could keep him fit but I reckon Livermore is the safer bet in CM. I can see VanDerVaart signing for QPR (if they go up) but if we got him I reckon he'd be another Bullard/okocha type signing-love to hate him.

Redmond could be a great signing but his stock will have risen considerably this season. He could be very pricey.

Mcgregors injury has highlighted for me how important it is to find a better backup and bear in mind how many extra games we could be playing next season I reckon we should make a serious bid for Jack Butland. He must be going ****ing nuts at Stoke!

I think Kyle Naughton could be a good shout. He's around 24/25 and backup to Walker. He'll get itchy feet sooner rather than later. Also in defender, Lacelles from Forest looks good and Steven Taylor is getting splinters on his arse at Newcastle. Caulker is on about £35k at Cardiff! - he'll go to Liverpool - Rodgers has been looking at him all season apparently.

If Burnley hadn't been promoted I think we'd have stood a good chance of getting Danny Ings off them and I think if Brighton stumble at the last hurdle, Will Buckley (rw) and Ulloa (fwd) would be worth a punt. Also in the Championship, Byram at Leeds and Ben Watson at Wigan could be worth a look.

    Outs:
I think Nick Proschwitz has played his last game for us. Faye and Koren will get fewer opportunities over the next season, they need to see out there deals I reckon.

I can't see Dudgeon wanting to hang around much longer (I know he's had a bad injury but he'll struggle in push Figgy out of the 1st team - even on his current form) and he might plump to drop a league. I think this would be a massive shame as he is clearly a very good player. I hope I'm proven wrong.

If we recruit another striker then Fryatt will be off somewhere else. His cup run this year will certainly help his asking price.

Wouldn't mind Holtby from Spurs, but Hudd wouldn't know him.

Is Danny Rose a cockney geezer or can we tempt him to play that left wing back slot? He is a fit for that slot thus allowing Rosie to displace Elmo on the right.

Harper has earned a second season, but age is creeping up, we either need another backup as we've needed a second choice on several occasions this season.

Interesting as both Manyoo and Spurs, clubs we've had dealings with in the past, will be getting new managers so they could throw up some surprise exits or loans.

Who's to say the new guy at Spurs might be willing to let Holtby or Sigurdsson go on loan. What if the new fella at OT doesn't mind letting Darren Fletcher go.

The thing that reassures me hugely, is that we don't have a need to scrabble around in the window looking for strikers.

From the UK market I'd look at

    Fletcher
    Sidwell
    Cresswell
    Redmond
    Ridgewell
    Snodgrass
    Richard Keogh

Michael Dawson would be an excellent signing for us. I'd also take Ceballos on loan, he's a fantastic talent.

Jack Rodwell should surely be available and given a good pre-season would be a top quality signing. Creswell from Ipswich would be my ideal LB for us however I think Bruce will look abroad again. I see Bruce's list as this

CB (to either rotate or replace with Chester for europe)
LB (Fig has good and bad games, Dudgeon won't be good straight away)
CM (regardless of Livermore, if we don't get him it will be 2 and hopefully somebody like Koren in his prime)
    A Winger of some sorts
Maybe a striker if we offload one

As good as our midfield has been defensively we need a creator and I would love Van Der Vaart if he was as good as he was at Spurs. As much as Bruce loves grafters in the middle we do need a luxury player to be a number 10 in games when we need to unlock a defence and if Aluko is injured we don't have that type of player

Dembele is class. I can't imagine Spurs will sell him when they appoint a real manager.
