    One of my neighbours has been playing the SAME ****ING SONG for six hours straight now. It's quiet enough that I can't recognise the song, but I can hear the ****ing bassline over and over and ****ing over. Swear it's driving me slowly (or quickly) insane. I'm trying to find out which neighbour it is so I can lob something heavy through his window. Even though I can't tell what song it is, I could hear it a hundred years from now and I'd recognise it because it's been seared into my psyche. BUHbuhBUHBUHbuhbuh :(

    I sympathise with you. When I was house sharing at uni I could hear the bassline of the music of the person who's room was directly above mine while I was trying to sleep and what made it worse is that he fell asleep most of the time so couldn't hear me knocking on the door telling him to turn the ****ing music down. :mad: :emoticon-0121-angry :headbang:

    When I was younger, I would on occasion listen to a song over 100 times in a row.

    True story.

    One of those songs was Imitation of Life by R.E.M.

    My last house at uni was annoying music downstairs and sex noises upstairs. The sex noises weren't that annoying unless I really needed to sleep though, as I knew those two VERY well.

    It's past 11 now so cops will tell the noisy buggers off if they're still playing that ****, Dan.

    In the mid '70's I lived in hospital accommodation for about 18 months. The guy in the next room to me used to play the album "Vive La Trance" by the German band Amon Duul II over and over again ALL ****ING NIGHT every night. I used to quite like that album too.
