    Wel, I can forsee one thing: if Dinas Caerdydd get something out of the game then Pardew will, of course, have the fans to blame for leaving today.

    Good win today. We have been poor again though. 3-0 is flattering but bar a 10-15min spell 2nd half, Cardiff were awful

    Is it just me or does Pardew look really depressed for once? The abuse might finally have hit home maybe?

    That looked very much like 6 at the back in the last 20 mins with Shola more or less a 4th CB. Utterly bizarre tactics from Pardew again but he must be a tactical genius because we scored two in that set up.

    He played well I thought and deserved a goal. Hit the post twice I think and went close once or twice on top of that. Encouraging to see him make that long run with the ball and shot in the second half.

    I say 'looked like' as it fluctuated between a flat back 6 and more of a 5 at the back with Ameobi playing a sweeper/DM position across a 5 yard wide stretch of pitch about 1 yard in front of Haidara's big toe.

    Mackems should be very grateful that we gave them 6 points and beat Cardiff for them.
    There will be celebratory cheesy chip parties all over Pennywell this weekend.
