If you had to pick over the carcass that is the spuds, are there any players you'd take off of them ? There's likely to be an exodus in the summer for those players who want to salvage their careers. Lloris will be the first one out. I'd take him at Arsenal bit I don't think he'd want to play second fiddle to szczesny. The other players I'd consider as squad players are Paulinho and Erikson.
Vertonghen could be a good squad player, Lloris is far better than Chez, Dembele is serviceable, Erikson looks good.

At least they realize they are not Arsenals rivals anymore. That power shift didn't work out it seems.

Nah. They still have of plenty of talented players in the squad, but clearly the set up from the managers has been dreadful. A guy like Paulinho can't be a first choice midfielder for Brazil without being any good. Lloris is a fine keeper, and I suspect he will want to move on to bigger and better things next season. Paulinho and Eriksen would thrive at any of the top four clubs. Both class players. Also as funny as it sounds, a guy like Soldado would actually thrive at Arsenal compared to Spurs. Our play would suit him better. Lamela is also a massive talent, but clearly has not settled into a new league and country. If the Spuds are willing to sell, I would love to see Wenger buy him on the cheap. Would work wonders with a creative talent like that.

He would thrive with a good coach and confident players around him. We could offer him what he needs and a chance to play at the top level, without having to up sticks again. There's no way the Spuds will recoup 30m for him, I'd offer the spuds 25m to bring both Lamela and Paulinho or Erikson and Paulinho to Arsenal

have you actually WATCHED him ? ask Spurs fans what they think of him . You seem to think Arsene has a special magic wand that turns dross into world class players . If he did , what happened with Santos , Denillson , Chamakh ?
Of course I've watched him. As SJW says, you don't get into the Brazil midfield by being ****. Paulinho is a skillful, quick and attack minded player. Like Lamela and Erikson, they are at the wrong club. I'd take any one of them at Arsenal as an eventual replacement for somebody like Rosicky.
