    They're probably around 7th largest club in England... which is a "big" league- but they'd be outside the top 40 clubs in Europe.

    Spurs are a "decent" sized club- but Lloris is a big-club keeper... probably one of the 5 best in the world.

    Seem to recall Spuds fans singing his praises when they first appointed him...

    Just like Di Matteo and just like Giggs now; average managers who just pick the old guard players for a few games to get results. Nothing special, poor managers, won't take the club forward.

    I still rate AVB and think he'll do very well somewhere with a club who give him time.

    Lloris is the only thing stopping spurs from getting battered. A much better keeper than Mig, IMHO.

    Wasn't it their best ever start to a PL campaign?
    Very knee-jerk reaction to being hammered by the best PL team. Many a competent manager has been hammered by us this season: Wenger, Martinez, Jol and of course Moyes :bandit:.

    Awesome last day in Championship.

    Brighton needing to better Readings result get a last minute winner with the Royaks drawing 2-2. That takes Brighton into playoffs <diva>

    Then at the other end, Birmingham get a last minute equaliser to secure Championship football as they were on brink of relegation and instead Doncaster go down.

    Spurs goal difference of 1 is an embarrassment for a team who 3 or 4 weeks ago had a chance of CL football and are still challenging for Europa league <laugh>

    They better be careful. Everyone knows only sides out of Europe will in the title so if utd f up and get 6th they could be relegated or something
