PLT is right, the badge is just our current badge with a grey keyline and on a black background, the one you've posted is just an earlier version of the same tiger(missing the white bits).

Well my point was why are people incredulous that we havent been consulted on it? If it's (relatively) the same badge we had 30 years ago which had no words around it at all and exactly the same as now just minus the words around it then that's about as good a f**king deal as we could have hoped for! I'll be delighted if that's on our shirts next season.
Mostly this season the really vital ones. Apologies, you're right. I think it's just a coincidence though. The one Brady posted was clearly a modern image. I think it's **** if it changes at all. Just removing the words wouldn't normally matter but the reasoning behind it which is obviously just Allam spitefully swiping back at those who denied him the chance of changing the name, is the problem.

Well yeah, I 100% agree. I'm as against the name change as anyone but the fact is the mentalist IS going to change the badge and remove Hull City from the kit and if he changes it to this then that's about as good as we can hope for. Well yeah, but that's what he does isnt it? He's a egomaniac who has said many many times he doesnt care what anyone else thinks so i didnt think for 1 second that he'd actually honour his claim to consult on it. I'm just satisfied cos I thought he'd come up with something a million times worse than this*. What a dick head, Meyler has got better the more the season has progressed, and we look better balanced with him playing.
