That queue was when the tents were out. We moved 500m in one go. Been open 45 mins, moved another 200m

Yep. The debate is how they'd know a particular stub had not already been presented. My guess is that it's the purchase details that would be key. I wouldn't think there'd be many cash sales, so even those from general sale will have a purchase reference on the system.

Some one should inform those Arsenal blogs that we won't be selling out our allocation so Arsenal can rightly take more tickets, because it's Arsenals day isn't it. Who are hull city anyway?

Lidl is the best supermarket out there. It regularly trumps the Sunday Times food monthly blind taste tests. FACT. In Germany it's not seen as a discount retailer but for some reason here it's lumped in with (what was ) Netto. The wine and cold meats selection is unrivalled over here.

Fair play to them. Anyone willing to queue in that deserves a ticket. 3 hours from the dugout on Sunday evening was bad enough. Is there even enough tickets left for them all? Where is the back now?

It will be interesting to see what happens later today, it would seem that quite a few people have manged to use their passes twice and there's a chance that we'll now start running out of tickets and some season pass holders who've waited for phase 3 to go with non pass-holders could now miss out.

Just as a side issue, the corporate seats(ours, not Club Wembley) are now completely sold out.

This does beg questions. Does it happen at other clubs or is this a major cock-up (if true)? I know we're not used to running these operations but surely, at some point, somebody has thought ahead and considered that such a situation might come up in the future and, if so, what lessons can be learned by visiting a friendly 'big club' to see how they operate?

Or am I again giving too much credit to the club?

Without sounding harsh, it was always going to be a risk waiting for phase 3. I know for a fact that they only checked the lead ticket when I bought mine and therefore I could have used the others again. Not blaming the ticket office though. They are just trying to process everyone as quickly as possible.

That's because it is a discounter. So it gets categorised with other discounters.

eh? What makes it a 'discounter' then? Asda has been the cheapest UK supermarket for 11 years straight.

Just seen that Bielbs has said on Twitter that he's 75m from the ticket office and club are checking how many tickets each person wants and were up to 800 when they reached him.

Working on the basis of that being roughly 1,000 tickets every 100m, they're probably going to run out before the end of the queue.

Not very scientific I know, but I think phase 4 is looking highly unlikely.

As they maintain a consistently low price. They work on an almost wholesale basis, no merchandised stock. Items sold mostly direct from supplier provided packaging, next to no staff. Keeping running costs to an absolute minimum. I hate Asda - but they are better than Lidl - just.

The Lidl (1973) model is copied from Aldi (1950s).

Personal preference but I can promise you in blind taste tests Lidl kick the living **** out of Asda. The latter's own brand stuff is horrific and i wouldnt serve it to my pets.

    If I had any.

I can't remember the last time I went to a supermarket. Do it online, get it delivered. Pain and hassle free.
