I think this post would be far better in the moving the goal posts thread. Hampy do you honestly not think we can see you're changing what you say to fit your view point, talk about blinkered!!

Wasn't the 4-0 the game that TC was in charge?

What's factually incorrect Hoppers? Did we spend most of the season in the play off zone and I somehow missed it?

The reason little has been learned by anyone is that the whole thread has been a repeat of the same point thanks largely to PTC and Mr Holmes.

Encouraging to see it still going strong though <ok>

No PTC, think carefully before you start calling people liars, if you understood the post you've labelled with 'What is going on??' it would explain the thing. Then again, I wouldn't bother if I were you because the nuances of the English language can be quite advanced and challenging.

Aaaargh, Hampy you are doing it again, you stated in a previous post about only being around the play off zone 2-3 weeks, but as was proved we spent between 18-25 weeks (depending on what way we are supposed to read your statement) around the playoff zone, we did actually also state we only spent 2 weeks in the zone.

Congratulations not only have you managed to make yourself look silly to everyone on here but you've done it by being a patronising C U Next Tuesday and thinking you're better than others by talking about the literal meaning of words (not the first time) and seemingly trying to divert the actual debate by talking about the 'nuances of the English language'. There must be a reason why you're trying to divert the debate not sure what it is yet though, anyone help me out?

No goalpost moving going on, this 18-25 weeks, if it's 3 points or less from sixth place and it's once the round of games (e.g. Sunday games) has been played - because of course 2 hours or 24 hours does not equate to a week - then fair play, but I'll check it out thoroughly on Friday and I'll bet it's not the case.

Wow..this is starting to get a tad out of hand (and out of context of the original thread).
Now, i'm all for speaking your mind and generally saying it as it is, but to randomly start calling people c***s and wan***s on a football forum is not really called for and totally unnecessary. We all have different views on football, and everyone generally thinks they are correct- which is the beauty of these forums.
We all have differences of opinions, and it's healthy to have debates about other's viewpoint on the issues in our game, but seriously, unnecessary name calling is just not needed.

I completely agree stretchy, to start using strong language like that toward someone just because you can't hold your own in a debate is not really the sort of thing any of us want to see on here <ok>

Name calling and patronising should be frowned upon IMO......one is usually followed by the other.
