    there will always be a significant cross over of people who like popular music and semi-naked people. you don't have to cross over but you are needlessly disadvantaging yourself if you can cater to both and choose not to.

    I'm just glad the one in Gunwharf Quays isn't halal, otherwise I'd have to cry.

    Though I find it surprising that a shop that sells halal meat cannot serve non-halal meat like pork. Presumably there's something to do with contamination or something.

    I'm still yet to go to Subway! Think halal meat should only be served to Muslims, providing the animal is stunned before killing. If they don't want to eat bacon, don't order it, instead of banning it.

    I agree with this. Unless there's something to do with contamination when it comes to halal meat, people who are non-Muslims should have the option to buy non-halal meat in the same shop.

    It's the same with other things in society. Don't support gay marriage? Don't get one. Don't believe in Christianity? Don't visit a church. Don't like football? Don't play it. Etc, etc.

    If you have religious rules, it is up to the person concerned to put themselves out to abide by it. No reason other people have to conform for you. Halal without stunning should be banned in this country as it is cruel. Muslims just have to become vegetarian...no problem...no one forces them to eat non-halal meat. Strange that Jews manage to avoid eating pork for centuries without it affecting the general population.

    What I want to know is what Gerry Adams is doing around Antrim. Surprised he made it out alive bearing in mind it's a Loyalist heartland round there...not that any of that is as big a problem anymore.
