I assumed the flat boys would have shown a little interest in the Ganay. Treve reappears. Should win. The ground is going to be soft. She'll be 1/3. Watching brief only. I was looking at Ayr's card and don't believe my eyes. Jim Goldie has 8 of the 16 entries in the class 6, 6f handicap sprint. I'm having a little punt on the Weld horse in the listed race at Gowran. I'm Yours looks a fair type who gets the allowances and will be in the mix at 11/4. The Godolphin debutante in the 4.15 at Kempton, Zynah, is interesting and worth a little bit of money at 15/8.
Well I was going to open but a few accounts wont grant me access and the ones that will have no prices available all in all though bob it looks very very tight but it is the start of the season. I wonder what odds the bookies will give on Goldie not winning the 230 ? I am really intrested in haidees reflection in the opener from a top class stud in Byron , definatly should have the ability and 16s is taking the p ss.
Glee to have a good day up north and he never stays for the lucky last unless there is a real chance A Southside Boy stay frosty
Haidees out to 25s and 50s but every time I try to have a small bet for intrest it goes in drastically lol
Wouldnt back drastically only intrest its not about winning just getting a good picture of where they go also the other unexposed Dalglesh horse could be intresting
Dubai Dynamo @ 5/1 4.30 Ayr Well handicapped 9-Y-O up against Improving 4-Y-O here, loves this track, 3 excellent C/D runs under today's conditions to his name last season when rated 88-90. Encouraging reappearance over 7F on Soft at Donny when staying on 6th/18 , a place behind Baraweez, a French import from the F. Head stable, who was having his 1st run for the Ellison barn. Baraweez is the 2/1 Fav for today's contest, the Dynamo has a 1lb pull for 1 3/4 lengths, and will relish today's G/F conditions whereas the French bred Fav's best form is on a softer surface. Good Luck!
The 230 looks very intresting dashwood clearly the choice likes the distance but looks better over 7f they have a habbit of holding him up Nolan may be instructed to go from the off in which case they may struggle to catch them , 2nd fav baltic spirit still has to prove his worth over distance so 7/2-4s is not appealing at all especially not in this field . Monel looks better value than the first two but 6s dont do it for me. The 5f specialist DIAMOND BLUE top weighted I know loves to be held up and run in late if Hamilton gets it right I think they have a great shout at this and with 9s available , ew friendly. Good luck all who play
Granted that the speckled one yards not in great form at the moment I'm willing to take a chance on exotic to win 3.35 at Gowan park at 7/2.fingers crossed pool will beat chelski today
Pretty interesting that FAUGHEEN has been given the nod for the 2 mile G1 novice race on Tuesday rather than VAUTOUR (who runs on Friday over 2m 4f apparently). Does Mr Mullins see Faugheen as his Champion Hurdle horse for next season, testing the water over the minimum trip against decent benchmarks for the first time? Interesting...
The 3 oclock looks wide open and it wouldnt suprise me if goldie is after this with ROTHESAY CHANCER 9s ew looks value and Rothesay goes well after a break but the questionable chances are the track record , but the plus side is the distance record.
Backed it for the Chester Cup @ 18/1 with some of my winnings, going to be over in Wales that week if you fancy a trip to the Roodee? Good Luck!
Did anyone watch ? I couldnt did dashwood go and did diamond leave it late? I had a small rf which paid ok but more than happy to booom the 9s in second place.
Very interesting Beefy, but when you have such an embarassment of riches I guess you can afford to pick and choose. Both horses should win, might make a nice Barney Rubble
