We ourselves have been through it all too, only have to look at the final whistle blown by that twat when we were playing Arsenal and JDG was through, or the very suspect penalty at home to stoke in the final minutes. Yes there are bad calls, and very suspect calls that make you question how honest these refs are, and the old saying "it evens itself out" is absolute crap, but if we can criticise refs for the bad calls, like we both have had this season, then we have to be prepared to praise the ref when he makes a good call. And I honestly believe Dowd made the right call.
He was forced wide, as the tug allowed Marshall to close the gap down, had he not been tugged he would have been able to shoot before Marshall got close enough, but the tug put him off balance too shoot, allowed Marshall to get closer, and that forced him wide. Btw I wanted Cardiff to win, mainly because it may mean less chance of Sunderland buying Ki. But Dowd did nothing wrong.
Borini killer pass for the third goal, hell I hope we go in for him this summer, come on Huw, well that's it for Cardiff, curtains have now come down!..............
But the tug was outside the f***** box!!!!! AAARRGGGHHH If the tug was what slowed the sunderland player down then that tug happened outside the box!!! I thought I got it but I dont! Either 'the incident' is the tug outside the box which prevented the scoring opportunity allowing marshall to close him down - result = free kick and red card. or 'the incident' is the end of the tug, by which point he is already closed down by marshall and any scoring opportunity he had has not been denied.... - result = penalty and yellow. Oh well 3-0 anyway...
People shouldnt be blaming the ref. Cardiff players have been totally inept and have shown absolutely no fight or spirit in this game.

Cant disagree with a word of that. Criminal defending. No fight. And Calas 'backpass' in the build up to the sending off should be a sacking offense. When the chips are down and it really matter, our boys have bottled it. again. They should refund the fares for every poor bugger who travelled
