I disagree. I think the fact that from top to bottom the PL has got more competitive has resulted in instability in who qualifies top four. They had to move from creating a relatively CL biased squad like Barca, Real etc who are practically guaranteed CL (like our old top four who were perennial qualifiers) because their leagues are so weak; to PL biased squads that don't suit CL because now there are 6 teams that could qualify with a further three who could influence those that eventually do.

It's funny because the necessity to qualify for the CL through our league now almost guarantees we won't win it. Our league is domestically better but has become the CL equivalent of Arsenal.

The Bundesliga was a total joke this year, champions crowned with months to go then go on to struggle against a mid-table English side

    Italy is also weak

Spain has been a shock this season now they have three teams capable of finishing top half of the PL

Lets be honest everyone apart from the spanish big boys have looked like they would struggle in the prem, plus chelsea could still go and win the whole thing yet.

Also everyone knows that the reason why English teams haven't done so well for the last 4 years (on average) is because we have not been in it! XD

Did they show Vidic's headbutt on MOTD or was that not part of the fairy tale?

TBF Chelsea and Man Utd have decent records but City have been poor and Arsenal are 16 years of a wasted place

From one of the angles you can see he touches Welbeck's shirt and that would definitely make both legs instantly buckle under him <ok>

WTF is going on with MOTD, norwich had a goal harshly disallowed at 0-0 how on earth do they justify not showing that in the highlights?

If any of you actually watched you would see that Welbeck didn`t go down in a Suarez like sniper shot dive, he didn`t even ask for a foul, he continued to try and get the ball in the net. The fact that his arm was grabbed and pulled to take him off balance seemed to influence the ref`s decission, blame the ref <cheers>

Then you need to see all the angles, the one from behind the goal in particular which shows the defender grab Welbecks wrist abd pull him back, then you could give a fair unbiased assessment of the incident <ok>

Which bit, the sniper shot dive or the fact he never asked for a foul? i am working on the assumption you have seen the incident here by the way.

The throwing himself to the ground after he feels the slightest touch on his arm bit.

I've seen all the angles mate, it's still soft as ****. If that was the other way around you'd be fuming and you know it.
