First of all, I'd just like to apologise to all for having neglected my duties on here somewhat. It's been pretty hectic for me starting a new job etc but I will be back on here regularly now. I've received some concerning feedback re: comments made about Hillsborough. This is not a dictatorship and I like the idea of people having the responsibility and freedom to post what they please (within reason) but any Hillsborough related insults are not on here and won't be tolerated. I'm not here to try and change the rationale of certain people. Loss of life should never be used to point score, be it Munich Air Disaster, Hillsborough, Matthew Harding's death etc. If people wish to do so then that's fine but in their own private life and not on this forum. I'm aware of the antipathy between Chelsea and Liverpool and am also aware tensions are likely to reach boiling point in the build up to what is looking like a title decider on the 27th where stupid things will be said in the heat of the moment. Liverpool fans have their perception of Chelsea Football Club and vice versa which is fine. People don't have to get along, hold hands and have a sing song please don't resort to anything stupid even if provoked.
Thank you. I know that we can't come on here demanding x be banned or that you regulate what is said on your board. Its stupid and obviously everyone is entitled to their own opinions. All clubs have their terrible minority, but those that use any disaster to score points only bring their own club into disrepute. By that I mean both sets of supporters. Not only that but it brings down the quality of the board and the site, which then turns away new members and kills the atmosphere. There will always be banter and opinions from both sides and that's alright. But childish tribalism only drags everyone down.

Have to agree. It has been shocking the way Hillsborough has been used to try and score points on the internet. You know who you are.

Brilliant post DL!! I IMO you are both brilliant clubs - loveable at times, hateable at other times but that is just a perception of the moment!!! Good luck to both teams.
DL--that's a fine post you have made there! However passionate we are for our club, nothing comes ahead of the lives of good , decent, people-whoever they happen to support!
Right it's got to the point now where enough is enough. Any mocking of tragedies or point scoring BS will result in a 3-strike-and-your-out policy. 1st strike = A week ban 2nd strike = A month ban 3rd strike = A year ban/permanent ban (depending on circumstances). I'll have a word with Varier and Bucks to clear it with them but that's what I am proposing to do. Argue by all means, but bringing loss of life into it is too far.
DR: you can edit your ****-stirring posts and point scoring such as post 14, but we all saw what you wrote: as District says you'll be banned next time. So no more baiting of CP of L and King Ossie etc. maybe stick to your promise of staying off our board for a bit, and the board will be better for everyone. Cheers No hard feelings. As you can see the poster is saying that I made threats to him on some 'other' account he has. This is complete lies and I wonder if you can confirm this with the site mods and ask that he be removed for trying to spread this kind of rubbish. Thanks.
