With all the talk of £100m - £200m transfer spending and signing players before you even sign a manager it sounds like you need a "personality" or "****" to manage egos more than someone like Brendan who actually improves players through training and tactics

 

There's one in place now with all the traits of what utd are all about, but utd will take the Chelsea route and get a big name that will spend the war chest and just might not be what you hope for and then you do the same again and again, you'll never find another fergie or a manager that will be there anywhere near as long as him, it just doesn't happen anymore Diego.
