Rather than dock points it's better to force a club to play "behind closed doors" with no fans allowed in. Hits the club where it hurts and puts the burden on them to change things. Alternatively do what they did this year in Turkey and only allow women and kids in for the match or matches concerned. Was a massive success when tried in Turkey.

Why penalise the club? It's not their fault

Imnot sure a points deduction is going to work because surely thenthey would have to roll that out across all other clubs.
teams like Chelsea & Liverpool & even ManUre would be relgated ever season and the likes of fulham could win the league.

Also i think Im correct in saying that Milwall played a major part in the "Kick it Out" racism program ?

As said, most if not all clubs have thier idiot fans. The club could maybe try to promote a more inviting atmosphere or what ever but ultimetly its down tio the supporters themselves.
let the police deal with it.

At the end of the day only the fans can police the fans. By forcing the club to play behind closed doors not only does it cause economic hurt to the club but also pisses off innocent fans who hopefully will deal with the idiots. Of course in some cases like the aptly named SS Lazio the club tolerates its far right fascist support as it considers that its identity and what attracts a large percentage of its fans. I suggest both Millwall and Chelsea may be someway down a similar road. Scum the lot of them.

I was at a Cup game at the Villa about 10 years ago and one of our fans killed a Steward that night.

Lets just smash em by 7 and they can **** off way before the final whistle or watch us all celebrate. All fans have idiots, maybe they have a few more than most!!! Personally Im not a fan of having posts like this as draws attention to them, best ignore.
