(And it's not about how to insert links, or whether it's tidier to post here or in some interminable transfer rumour thread)? Yes? Great... well... I was really heartened by what Reed had to say. He spoke firmly and was crystal clear that there have been no approaches, no permissions sought or given to speak to players, that the best players are not being sold, and that he and MP are quite happy NOT to discuss MP's contract at this moment in time. I was also heartened to hear that they talk together a lot - and clearly have a lot of respect for the roles they both play and the powers they both have. I liked the way he was supportive of MP too - clearly telling the assembled press that asking him the same old contract questions week after week is going nowhere - and is just getting tedious. Good job Mr Reed!

Leaving aside all the banter, it was great to read the statement. I think it says it all- I fully expect Pochettino to sign a new deal and all our stars to stay.

None of it precludes the players' agents making arrangements on the side, but it surely puts to bed questions over the board's intentions. What more can be asked?
Yeah, it's fair enough what they're saying. They can't do much more than state their intentions, and they've done that now at various times in various ways. Of course, the real clincher is the box and DVD/BR that comes with the season ticket for next term.
we've gone from dvd to usb, i fully expect next season to be a steam code for content with always online DRM.
yeah you'll be able to access your season ticket from any mobile device. except when you get near the stadium and the signal drops.
