.....aye and a grinning Poyet in the shadows....

Did you know it's a polite greeting in Uruguay to curl one on the floor?.... Poyet told me.....

28 degrees today normal for this time would be 25 degrees, as for snakes it is very rare to see a snake as when they feel you approaching ( Vibrations) they will move off, I am in Queensland and here even in winter it would not drop below 20degrees very often during the day though overnight it can get close to freezing, I must stress that this is where I live just north of Brisbane Australia is a very big country and for instance in Victoria there is more snow in the winter than there is in the Alps, I would like to say if any of your children talk of emigrating to Australia do not stand in their way the future here looks very very good

Had a few guys from Oz worked in my department a while back. Most of them were just on a working holiday, but one of them from Melbourne said he'd have settled here if it hadn't been for his twin sisters getting married on the same day and he had to go home for the wedding and it was going to be too expensive for him to come back.

A really nice guy and a good worker.

Anyway, back to the game. It's going to be nice having a leisurely 11:00 am departure on Monday.

Anyone get the feeling this is the electric chair for Parps? I mean, in his warped little head he may have a tiny idea that he does make a difference. But I also think he's a realist and knows that he is probably going to look like a complete tool as Arsenal rattle in a 6th.

All the bluff and bluster about being on the sidelines, a strongest XI to pick from, and a 5-0 or worse battering beckons. He's not surviving that.

It could very well be the electric chair. Thing is, Mike is too tight to put 50p in the meter, so Pards will live on.

Mate he survived the Reading game, a kicking by Arsenal and Liverpool probably won't change anything. Now, if Cardiff beat us that could be the tipping point.

Cardiff should beat us next weekend. If they don't they deserve to go down.

Just 4 more games to play for most teams and Sunderland can still do it. They seem to have woken their ideas up a bit and played really well against Chelski. Twelve more points would take them into the top half at the moment.

    12 West Ham 35 -10 37
    13 Swansea 35 -4 36
    14 Hull 34 -9 36
    15 Aston Villa 34 -14 35
    16 West Brom 34 -13 33
    17 Norwich 35 -28 32
    18 Cardiff 35 -34 30
    19 Fulham 35 -42 30
    20 Sunderland 34 -24 29
