What is Mauricio doing to them? If I was Morgan's mum, I'd be down there giving him what for!

Guly is forever nutmegging people. The nutmeg move holds a special place in football. :)

Do Prado is a very skilful player indeed. It's his application and concentration during matches that is suspect these days. That's OK. He holds a special place in SFC. I shall be sorry to see him go at the end of the season.

was that on Rickie? If so, Guly should be fines. You can't take the piss out of royalty in training.

Love the way Rickie goes down like a sack of spuds, as if to say... oh gawd, he's done me again..! :)

Also nice to see Jos jumping up and down with the joke. The enthusiasm is still very much there. I'll be sorry to see him leave too.

Those two go way back, remember..? If Guly isn't allowed to nutmeg Rickie then nobody can. :)

Ooh dear, I nearly joked my way into trouble there. League One. That's as way back as teammates ought to go.

    Head-to-head
    • Everton are unbeaten in the last eight meetings, although they have gone four matches without a win at St Mary's since 2002 (D3, L1).
    • Everton's 7-1 thrashing of Southampton at Goodison Park in November 1996 remains their joint-biggest Premier League win; they won by the same score against Sunderland in November 2007.
    Southampton
    • Southampton have gone three league games without a win and have lost five of their last nine, having previously enjoyed a six-match unbeaten run - their longest Premier League run without a win since six consecutive matches in Nov-Dec 2013.
    • Saints have failed to win a single game from a losing position this season - the only other side to share that record is Crystal Palace.
    • Mauricio Pochettino's side did not muster a single shot on target in the second half at Aston Villa last Saturday, and have not scored from open play for four hours and 50 minutes since Adam Lallana's goal in a 4-0 win over Newcastle on 29 March.
    • Southampton's recent home form is patchy - won two, drawn two, lost two.
    • Saints currently sit eighth in the division - five places and 10 points better off than at the same stage last season.
    • They have the highest average ball possession (59.5%) in the league - Swansea are next with 58.1%.
    Everton
    • Everton have won eight of their last nine Premier League matches and their last three away games, having failed to win any of the previous five on the road.
    • Last weekend's victory over Manchester United was Everton's 20th Premier League win of the season - a club record.
    • Their 69 points is their best at this stage of a top flight season since they had 70 at this stage in 1986/87. It is already their best ever points tally for an entire Premier League season.
    • They have kept a clean sheet in four of their last six league outings and their record of 34 goals conceded this season is second only to Chelsea (26) in the top flight.
    • Romelu Lukaku is Everton's top scorer this season with 13 goals, but he has not netted in his last 10 away games and has only three league fixtures left on loan at the club to better the 17 he scored for West Brom last season.
    • Everton have benefitted from three own goals and a penalty in their last five Premier League matches.
    • Roberto Martinez's side have won 18 and lost just one of the 20 league games in which they have opened the scoring, earning 55 points. Only Arsenal (58 points) have a better record.

yes, but when they make the movie "Root beet to Samba Beet" after Rickie bags the winner in the final in Brazil, they'll have to use some poetic license and have Guly make a guest appearance in the factory scenes. He could be leaning against the wall in the background smoking a joint, while Rickie goes outside for a tea break.

*we need to start casting this soon*

Just turned on BT Sport 2 and was astonished to see Jose Fonte advertising perfume. Then there was Dejan, and then Rickie, and then... the spell was broken. There was an Everton player. They were advertising Saints game tomorrow, being carried live by BT Sport.

Is anyone having problems with saintsplayer? The pre-match interview doesn't seem to be up yet, which I thought would be by now.

    Thanks
