    Don't particularly see the point in spending however much on Matuidi. Erdinc doesn't really excite me either.
    Would like quite an exciting signing

    But hey ho, could be worse! :)

    I think for that price Matuidi would have to be starting alongside Cheick in centre mid.

    Matuidi would be a quality signing him and Tiote infront of the back four would be outstanding, I don't want Erding prefer to wait and see if we can get Sturridge 4231 formation next season please.

    Or wait and get neither?? Erdinc is a very good player and better than what we have, I think we will be signing 2 new strikers anyway, then we will have Ba, Erdinc, <New Striker> and 1 of Best or Shola. sell the other, release Lover and sell Ranger

    Exactly. I want Sturridge more than any striker at the moment but we can't chase dreams. Lets go for someone of the quality we need and also one that has shown any interest what so ever of joining us.

    Lets be honest we won't get Sturridge, he is on 75k a week at Chelsea. Ashley wouldnt pay those wages for a new signing these days...

    he will be playing with Ba, totally different types of player, Erdinc will be the direct replacment for Loverman

    I think Erdinc could do well in the Premier League. He's got pace, good upper body strength, a good touch and also a decent shot on him.

    Agreed, but Ba has that wonky knee, so I'd rather we have two upfront so we don't rely on Ba doing all the work. <ok>
