That doesn't clear it up though Ristac.

The Daily Mail report from March 3rd states that Man City's win was good news for the scum if they finish in 6th place, but they are now likely to finish 7th.

And according to your premier league link, the FA Cup runners up will only qualify if the FA Cup winners have qualified for the champions league. So in the event that Arsenal finish 5th and win the the FA Cup, then would Hull get the final Europa League place ? Not clear, but I think it would go to the next highest league place, ie 7th and unfortunately that means the scum scrape in.

Never mind, I'm sure all will be made clear on cup final day.....

See what you mean now, I would have thought it would be Hull still, either way inclusion for Man U would hinder them next season, I think it would anyway <ok>

Re. the comment earlier about scum struggling to attract players without CL involvement - I rather cynically think that it will not affect who they will sign. Football players these days are driven by money, not honours. And scum will pay big money. Sadly.

Interesting reports this morning on sky though that several unnamed players had already rejected them. Players used to cl football each season won't be anxious to drop out of that elite group

There is more money in the CL.... Scum would be getting deeper in debt if they sign more mercenaries on rooneyesque wages..... What could possibly go wrong?

I have a feeling they will turn their attention to players from the Premier league, probably bad news for teams like Everton, Southampton and Spurs who will be looking to hold on to their star players.

They've already tried that with Fellini and see what difference that made. The best players from those clubs won't turn them into world beaters
