But Westwood must be going to Sunderland, and why buy a second keeper, thought we already him in place? What a waste of flippin' resource all this is. Smithies from Hudds wouldn`t be bad as a replacement though.
I was been sarcastic he is awful Clumsy! Watch his mistake when we beat Norwich last season he threw the ball to Beckford haha
His name's Fraser and it's easy to find a single blunder by any keeper, he's better than anyone you'll end up with.
That one sticks in memory for obvious reasons. Has his kicking actually improved since then because every time I saw him that season, he looked like Ben Foster/Jamie Ashdown; totally uncomfortable with the ball at his feet. And I hope he isn't too offended by me spelling his name wrong.
I'm sure he'll get over it. For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction(save)............
So has his all-round play improved or is he still bumbling round like a pissed up blind man on rollerskates?
Considering we've already signed Joe Dudgeon and Corry Evans from Man United, agreed terms with Adebola and McKenna from Forest and Hobbs from Leicester, I'd say we were very much moving in the right direction. We've already spent £5m so far this year, I believe that's roughly £5m more than you. You've lost Kasper, Johnson and Kilkenny and you may still lose Gradel and/or Snodgrass, with some League One frees or returning antiques to replace them. I'm not sure it's us who should be worried about being at the wrong end of the table.
The club have made the decision to accept a bid for Kasper, and Gradel/Snodgrass are still here and we've turned down a bid for Snoddy already. Kilkenny has been linked with Hull anyway so if that's the calibre of player you're bringing in then I think you should be worried. A couple of Man U youth players isn't anything to brag about either.
sorry .... Your spent 5M on that shower of Sh** believe me im now allot less worries about the toothless tiger
Congratulations on spending 5 million pound on a couple of youth nancy boys, 2 players who continue to fail in the play offs and a half decent Hobbs. Woohoo Not something to brag about! Just cos you spent doesn't mean they are going to be any good Jay simpson hahahaha
There's also the possibility that the lack of coordination at the back was down to Kasper's completely balls leadership skills and apparent lack of chemistry with any of them.
When Adam Pearson was asked 'is it true that there's a potential move for Kilkenny?', he laughed and said 'there is in his agents head'.
The £5m(ish) we've spent this year wasn't on the players I mentioned(they're just the new ones during this window), the full list is: Fryatt £1.2m (Leicester) Mclean £1.3m (P'Boro) Hobbs £800k (Leicester) Evans £500k (Man United) Stewart £300k (Man United) Chester £300k (Man United) Dudgeon £300k (Man United) McKenna Undisclosed (Forest) Adebola Free (Forest) It looks like we overpaid for Mclean, but the others have been excellent business. It's funny that you think Hobbs is half decent, as he's nowhere near as good as the Man United lads and Fryatt has been exceptional. As for Jay Simpson, he started badly, but was very good at the latter part of the season and he only cost us £50k.
They cost you a lot more than £5million in the long run wages, add ons! they are all average un proven players! still nothing to boast about
