Thinking about it, it would be better playing them on Friday, as it will be harder for Chelsea to park the bus at Anfield as the Chelsea squad will be more tired. Liverpool have given Chelsea the advantage by giving them 2 days extra rest! Chelsea owes us one for sure!
Dont know if been mentioned but At Madrid play against Valencia away on Sunday at 4.00 and then obv have to travel to England for the Chelsea game so its worse for them then Chelsea
Think that'll be a very tough game for them and they wont be able to rest anyone. A couple of key injuries to balance out ours wouldn't go a miss
They need a win in the league, much like yourselves! With the game being on a Sunday with us then you get 1 extra day to prepare for it and 1 less day for the semi rather than if it was on the Sat. So there are positives and negatives to the Sat and Sun really
Exactly. Given our goal diff, we'd need to beat Liverpool, win our remaining 2 games and have Liverpool lose 1 or draw 2 from their remaining 2. Not going to happen. Focus on the C.L, we've done it before....!!
