Well after 10 months In charge Man Utd have shot Moyes dreams down In flames....

We will finish with our highest points tally In the premier league and at the moment still have a chance to qualify for champions league so our season has been a good one regardless and we look to Improve that next year..

Didn't think I would say It at the time he left but I am glad he went now we play better football and are more positive In every aspect<cool>

The Sir Alex furguson stand Is now accompanied by The David Moyes toilet at Old Trafford lol:wink:

Fitting that his last game was at Goodison and we hammered the coffin lid down

He'll end up at Celtic or Newcastle

Phil Neville also stabbed the blues in the back and was itk about his job waiting for him at OT as Moyes sidekick, no surprise though that he never also got sacked and failing that did the honourable thing and walked off his own bat.

Their next manager will have to break up the nepotism by the Remnants of Fergie's tenure before they can progress.

Neville has only got a stay of execution until the new man arrives, as he's got nothing to offer in terms of experience or proven ability on the training ground.

Telling that he got to stay while Lumsden and Round followed Moyes out the door mind.

It's obvious that he must have changed his horse before the tape went up, the slimey Manc twat <laugh>

I would agree, but add Spurs into the mix on that one. But my money would go on a move to Newcastle

They will add Neville to the growing list of ex players who coach at United, can't blame them for keeping him as like Gary he is a football man and knows his stuff. I would have even been happy for him to be manager here one day, doubt that will happen now we have seen the light under Martinez

Spurs is an interesting one, I could see why Levy might be interested, but the last time they took a 'Sky 4 reject' that ended in them pissing away their £100m Bale windfall & I can't see the deluded Spurs fans accepting Moyes industrial default style tbh.

The Geordies would and the Jocks will be too pissed to notice

Newcastle first I think, Pardew is being forced into a position he wont accept and will walk with a few quid in his back pocket for his troubles.

But Levy likes money so may want a manager who can perform on a budget, he has a cracking midfield and players who match his style (ericsson/Sandro/Holtby) He would sort the defence out and make them a good side who play for each other

I agree and think he could do a job at Spurs, be interesting to see if he's mentioned in the coming weeks - and what the Spurs fans reactions would be!

Ashley has wanted rid of Pardew for over a year imo, his Kinnear stunt was meant to tip him, but he kept hold of his contract and fronted it out. Their current form shows there's some real problems there and I also reckon that he'll take a wedge next month.

    Aston Villa anyone?

Anyway, it's been pretty rare over the last decade or so that an Everton player has gone on to better things after leaving.

Rooney the definite exception as well as probably Lescott. Arteta too but not by much.

Arteta as a winger was an incredible player.

Some lads in work maintain that he was always a Leeds fan. In fact, a bloke I worked with from Hull said he knew his dad and he was a Hull fan first, and Leeds were his 'big' club. It was the eighties and nineties....
