Says he wants to come to England. I know he'll have clubs in mind but surely it woud be a show of real ambition if we tried to get him here for talks. I can see him going to Liverpool if they fail to get Downing. Does suffer from injuries but he's the amongst the best frees I've heard this summer.

Wow. This is a lad Valencia rated higher than Silva, indeed they turned down a bid in excss of 30 million euro for him from Barcelona. He's had a few injuries, and that's stalled him, but he won't be asking for rocket wages, he's left sided and he'd be worth a punt, if he came good, it would be an incredible capture. Just seen on SSN as well that Kranjkaer is talking to Dinamo Kiev. We surely would do well to move for him, play him in the middle with Colback/Meyler/Catts, Sess left and Larsson right? It would be ESSENTIAL we had a left footed left back if we went this way like.
Really hope so. Id like us to grab some "big names" if only to help raise the profile and ambition. Plus left wing cover is always welcome.
A good player already in the prem. And we get fantasy stories about someone most havn't heard off. Kranjkaer would be excellent, and proven.
Cracking player Comm, and comfortable both sides and centre, he's actually always looked at this best to me out left, imagine a player of his calibre and Sess combining, switching positions, interchanging, it would be superb. He can shoot from range as well, a big miss from us in recent times, Bardinho excused.

Still find it hard to believe. Reckon Blackburn will offer him a bumper deal and link up with Real Madrid legend Salgado. Or Stoke for his set pieces, and European footy.

I'd hazard we'd have to stump up around the £8million mark to get him, but for me that's great value for a proven premier league player who is still way off his peak years, we've been linked several times in the past, now would be the time to push for it. Signing him would excite me, and i'm sure many others, with him and Larsson in, the whole complexion of the midfield sits right.
Cheaper, better (imo) and a better player than Zog. I wish things like this could happen, instead of him swanning of to Russia or somewhere.
