We never seem to beat Burnley.

However much i respect how they run their football club, the way it is ran will not EVER maintain premier league football. So unless they do a mad spending spree this summer they have no hope in staying up.

Leicester are a possibility for staying up, but we saw what happened to Cardiff.

I imagine Derby or QPR will join, both i can't see staying up with current squads.

Well done for Wolves sorting themselves out and getting promoted back to the championship though

I stand corrected, we have won only 1 of our last 8 meetings with them losing the other 7, we haven't won at home since our promotion season in 08.

Another visit to Burnley, guaranteed the worst ground in The Prem next season to visit

    I think Palace is worse.

And we've got the fat twat with the drum to look forward to at Leicester.

Unlike Palace, Burnley gets my vote, its dire in and OUTSIDE the ground. At least at Palace you get to some good places to eat.

Foodwise that's definitely true, what are those hot pork pies they serve, they're bloody disgusting?

I do quite like the old school wooden seats though, I find the football there is usually more dire than the stadium.

We still aren't safe yet, so I wouldn't be worrying about trips to Burnley and Leicester until it's mathematically impossible that we can't go down.

Everybody keeps pointing towards Norwich's tough run in, but Sunderland managed to get 4 points from Man City and Chelsea and they're not as good as Norwich. We need to be winning at least 1 more game, but with Fulham fighting for their lives, I can't see it coming from there and Man U have the class to beat us. So it's either going to be Villa or Everton. And we're usually ****e against Villa.

You're right but we would need to lose all remaining 4 matches, and both Cardiff and Fulham would have to remain unbeaten in their last 3 games along with Sunderland only losing one more, not to mention Norwich. V unlikely but mathematically possible. One more point for me does it and with us playing Fulham and Sunderland playing Cardiff come Saturday I reckon we could be clear come 4.50pm Saturday!

Only if DQPR dont win the play-offs. Well done Burnley and another away day less that 2 hours from home. Same with Lesta. Just need Wigan or Derby to win the PO final now.

Yep. We won @ there place last season 1-0 didn't we thanks to Quinn-iesta.!!!!

If we finish below Hull, we will be straight back down for sure.

Expect the Tigers to suffer Second Season syndrome (like last time they were in the PL) and the Europa fixtures certainly won't help your survival hopes.

Burnley are a lot stronger than the last time they went up through the play-offs (2009).

Our usual 6 points against Hull and the usual 6 against Derby (if they come up) will give us 12 of the 40 points needed to beat the drop.

Ings may go but it now looks as though we stand a good chance of keeping Trippier, who has started new contract talks yesterday.:)
