I think, if Harry was judged amongst all the Championship managers for performance, he'd be near the bottom of the table. Such a group of skilled players on paper constantly play terrible football under him and he is lucky that they are good enough to keep scraping results.
    Here are my arguments.

Not only does he radically change the team in every game her radically changes the formation, too.

So many games have seen the team play badly all the way until later substitutions and change of tactics which he should have had in place for the start.

When the game has changed, due to a red card on either team or a goal against, the team simply has not had a plan B to deal with it. We don't really look like we have a plan A anyway but whenever a change like these occurs we simply do not respond and simply fall apart. Even when the opposing team has a player red carded we seem to fall apart. We just don't do plan Bs.

A 5 man defence at home to a shakey Watford? Need I say more? With that change of formation, the players did not seem to know what roles they had.

He does not pick on form players. He picks players only based on whether or not they are good on paper.

The team are rarely in tandem. They have rarely played in unison. I honestly believe that the players (and not all of them) are carrying the team through, not Harry.

The ****er sits there all game not reacting to anything, good or bad.

He plays Carroll and Barton in the same team, when neither of them are really a holding or defensive minded midfielder.

He often doesn't play players in their preffered position, I.e. Barton or O'Neill.

He has to go at the end of the season, no matter what. Our football is simply bad under him and if we didn't have such a squad we'd be fighting to stay in the league. We can't sack him now at this stage but he has to go.

Can anyone disagree with what I've said here?

I have just got back from the game. I agree with most of the above.

That has to be one of the worst rangers' perforamnces I've seen in a long long time. We were so poor. Why on earth is the manager still trying out new formations 44 games into a 46 game season? Why doesn't he know the best formation for his squad?!? We have no chance at all of winning the playoffs with performances like that. We were atrocious today and very very lucky to win.

Can't wait for HR to go.

Give it a rest, judge him once the season has ended, if we win the play offs he will have done his job if not then he's a failure, until then the jury's out

    Today's problems alone:

The 5 at the back did not know who was doing what. The were much less effective than the usual 4 at the back. Very leaky. There were huge gaps between the middle three and the outer two.

    He started Doyle.

    He played Doyle at all.

He started Barton and Carroll in the middle. Carroll is very week and Barton is better for looking forward and attacking. There was often a huge gap between the defense and midfield. Either of them were rarely open for a pass from the back players.

He had only one skill player in Morrison and no one for him to work with as Barton and Carroll were always behind him.

He has not gotten the team to take effective corners and free kicks yet!

You give it a rest. This is a forum. Just don't read my thread if you disagree.

Yes, we won. If we win the playoffs I'll be grateful; don't get me wrong. But I don't want him anywhere near QPR when the season ends, no matter what.

My friend, this won't really get a rise out of anyone.

I'm not sure if we'll win the playoffs. We're a funny old team.

Can I just point out that at 1-0 Harry made 2 subs. After that we went on to win, with one of those subs assisting the winner. I'm guessing this was in spite of Harry though...

In 2012 the average Championship managers wages was £210,000, and the average championship players salary was £250,000. That's per year, not week or even month. The average will be higher now, due to the influence of one club - QPR, which pays its manager over £2m a year and several players (including Bloody Luke Young) more than that.

    Value for money?

For as long as we're in the play offs, we have a chance of winning it.

That has been my response for most of the season, as I have sat on my couch in Paris. However, today I was there as I am in the UK for the Easter weekend.

That was poor. Yes, we won, and I am glad about that. I am happy with the playoff place, I am happy with the win...but overall...I felt quite flat today.

I sat watching, remembering years gone by when the likes of Gallen, Bircham, Ainsworth and Rowlands won our love and earnt a place in our hearts. I remembered managers like Warnock and Holloway who would be seen screaming at the touch line for 90 minutes, not sat crossed leg as if watching a game on tv. I felt sad today.

Since I left my season ticket in 2010 to move abroad, it has, to be honest, sadly lost some of its charm, lost that feeling of watching players who were fighting for the badge.

    Just quite sad.

Even if we somehow bumble our way up through the playoffs then Redknapp should not be considered a success or even close to it. The performances have been absolutely shambolic and our league position says an awful lot about the rest of the division.

Due to our resources we've been able to bring in players who can produce something from nothing but how many times in the whole season have we actually looked like having a plan and using that plan to win the game? Even when we were winning most games in August and September we scraped by in most and looked poor at best going forward and it's got steadily worse.
