Sorry, we already have a winner with post 124 "funny how shirt being pulled has suddenly become a penalty offence."

You can use statistics to prove all kinds of things to be honest ......... Chelsea 1 - 1 Preston North End 20th September 1980 Stamford Bridge, attendance, 13,755 In the 90s: Chelsea 1 - 2 Sheffield United 31st October 1992 Premier League Stamford Bridge, attendance, 13,763 Wimbledon 0 - 0 Chelsea 28th December 1992 Premier League Selhurst Park, attendance, 14,687
You sure can: 82,905 Chelsea v Arsenal 12/10/1935 Division 1 77,696 Chelsea v Blackpool 16/10/1948 Division 1 75,952 Chelsea v Arsenal 09/10/1937 Division 1 75,043 Chelsea v Wolves 09/04/1954 Division 1 That is 4 of the all time top 10 league attendances for a team that has no history.
Yes, Sunderland had huge crowds in those days. I was actually responding to a comment from one of your fellow posters, "Your crowds were ****e until you moved grounds and got a new wave of Johnny come latelys." The same applies to both clubs tbh ......... who was it said Chelsea have no history btw?
i hate this talking about attendances, my club is bigger than yours etc, where is all going to end? i just want the cfc groundsman sacked,
Just watched the game back on MOTD, never a penalty. The useless fat lump actually stands on Azpilicueta's trailing leg and slips. How we also didn't get a penalty for that barge on Ramires 3 foot away from goal is beyond me, absolutely dire. Ramires is also a scummy little arsehole. Fed up of seeing him produce nasty cynical digs at players. Hope he goes in the summer, had a truly **** season.
It should've been given for the shirt pull so it evened up ...... I agree it was soft tbh. Ramires should've had a penalty for the barge but we should've been playing 10 men after that. But, on 70 minutes was the worst bit of cheating in the whole game. Ivanovic threw himself to the ground on the edge of the area, as if he'd been hit with a baseball bat, without any contact from anyone. Then he stands on Borini's toes, shouting at him, while he's preparing to take the penalty. TBH, if that's what Chelsea have to resort to in order to beat the bottom team you can't really moan that much about penalty decisions. Doubt that'll stop you though ..... did you notice the shirt pull on MOTD incidentally?
Let's say one of your players replicates the 'pull' and you concede a penalty to go down to the championship, would you feel hard done by? I certainly would. You're acting as if he has a grip on his shirt for an extended period of time and fully holding the useless lump back. WTF are you talking about, I can't moan about penalty decisions? Course I ****ing can, especially when they boot my side straight out of the title race. Dean should be demoted to the pits of the Football League because he is clearly unfit to referee games of this magnitude - and before you start, yes I know you were also affected by his terrible refereeing.
but what about ffc, yes we have been crap all season, but if this game ends a draw, sunderland would need 9-10 points not 6-7 to stay up, terrible decision
Not as huge as ours though. I was just responding to "your fans only started supporting you in 2003" which is clearly bollocks because HISTORICALLY we have one of the largest fan bases in the country as I have shown.
its a terrible decision from a ffc fans point of view, the lino gambled on the decision, I just did not want sunderland winning at the bridge
