Well you filled 55.9% of Portman Road when we played in December. Whereas we filled 80% yesterday. So what do you know? When you charge away fans £35+ for a championship fixture you are taking the piss!! We have 3 stands and still you only get 1311 more fans than us! Thats not really something to brag about!!
Just think - we'd be in a play-off spot if everything was decided on percentage of ground filled each week. And if it was decided on percentage of the town who attended, we'd be promoted ahead of Burnley.
Someone had posted those stats on FB the other day. Attendance as a percentage of the population taking into account other sports, so for instance taking the rugby into account for Leicester (who were still poor even when that was taken into account!)
You brought just over half the number of away fans to Portman Road earlier in the season (1.027) as we took to your place yesterday, I'd keep quiet if I was you.
jonnywarksmoustache eh? More like his bum-fluff. What a bunch of bigoted cretins.... Another example of an embittered ex-top flight club fan - trying to remember the glory days. Go dive in the Orwell and don't surface till you're cold, bloated and as blue as your boring team shirts.
Two completely different senarios. When we played you we were 14th and hadnt won in 9 and had just lost our manager and instated a new one. Whereas you could have gone into the play offs if you hadn't cocked up. So of course you will bring more!! Not to mention the extortionate prices you charge away fans!!
Blah blah blah... Get over it mate! For all your cheating you will never achieve half of what Luton have so just deal with it!
Oh please can we stop all this pathetic bickering and just have a good discussion about the game, football and a bit of good natured banter. We are better than this and should set a good example.
Yeah, nobody will ever break that many rules in one go. It must be some sort of record!! 30 points deducted, wow!!
Not sure why you guys are biting so much to obvious wummery... Quite ironic that it's Ipswich who bring up loans as they probably had just as many, if not more, than us last season - and their best player Saturday is on loan from Palace, even if he did go to the Zaha school of falling over. I guess as their loans are domestic, that's fine though As for fans... well done for singing for ten minutes! You were drawing but singng of promotion, wonderful. I guess it was your big day out though with all those inflatables. Harry the Hornet is a legend! All in all, a very entertaining game and a pretty comfortable result. You though Big Mick might have done his homework and put a lot of pressure on us in those last 10 minutes considering how much we conceded, but it nbever really came. Bring on QPR today!
Funniest thing is that those with so much to say, spend their whole lives on Not606 and never go to games - sad acts.
