No gimmes in this league and at this stage of the season it's even harder to predict. I hope we do win all our games but I don't think we will and I don't think any of the other contenders will either. It is nice to be a contender.......
Huddersfield and Forest are gimmes I reckon, Yeovil are the potential banana skin. I think we'll lose at Watford and draw vs Bournemouth and Burnley and beat Wednesday.
What scares me is not the teams we have to play or the teams around us but that goal difference column!
You could of admitted that in September mate.... Whatever happens this has been a positive season IMO.
Whatever happens from here on in we are the underdogs and have no right whatsoever to be where we are but this is just tribute to what Mick and Terry have done this year! If not this year then definitely next year!
It's squeaky bum time who knows what will happen the last few games always throw up some odd results, I reckon we'll finish on 71 and we'll just miss out on GD!!
I agree we are underdogs but a disagree that we have no right to be where we are, we have earned every point that has us in our current position so we are exactly where we deserve to be, even though many didn't think it was attainable some of us believed we had a chance to make the play offs and that belief has been rewarded. Come on you blues...
Weighty I think you are misunderstanding what I mean! In the context of our team compared with all the other major play-off contenders who have all spent considerable sums of money, we weren't considered as a promotion contender at the start of the season. I agree that we absolutely deserve to be in the mix as we have earned the right and got the points!
We certainly have got to where we are against the odds. We could of easily spent a million on Goldy another on Berra half on Skuse and that would have brought expectation but Mick got them free and kept expectations down amongst all but the most in touch football fans...

You do. What ridiculous last four fixtures though. We had a silly set in 01/02. I really wish Man Utd or a big side would get a run in like that from the ' computer ' one of these seasons. I do love Ipswich and the banter with Norwich rar rar rar but sometimes football really annoys me at how corporate/ tv etc the games going. Being in Thailand has made me somewhat mellow as an Ipswich fan/ fan of football on the whole really too!
I'm sure being in Thailand has that effect on lots of aspects of life.I love the place and envy you the chance to spend an extended time there.
