I'm absolutely convinced RvW will come good, but unfortunately just not with us. At some point in the future he will be knocking them in for somebody else and we'll all be scratching our heads trying to figure out why he couldn't do it for us.

I won't because I will know why, Hughton's tactics had knocked all of the confidence out of him. That's my final word about Hughton I would now like to banish him from our history. One thing is for sure though, Hughton won't ever be inducted into the NCFC Hall of Fame ! <laugh>

Perhaps we could have a Hall of Ignominy. Pride of place to Rodent, of course.

I think it's harsh to put Hughton in the same catergory as Rodent. He may never have gotten the team playing but he at least had some class as a person!

On the plus side if we were to go down there is plenty I would not miss about the premiership. This maybe a good thing <laugh>

That's why I said 'pride of place'. There is no way I would equate CH with Rodent. CH had class; Rodent has the class of a Romford chav on a hen night. Throughout the whole of his time here, CH behaved with dignity and good manners; Rodent seemed to delight in going out of his way to alienate players and fans alike.

In fact, to be honest, despite all my criticisms of Hughton, I wouldn't even put him in the Hall of Ignominy. He kept us afloat when Lambert deserted us; if only he had the slightest bit of flexibility he could have been a very good manager in my opinion. (Oh, and dumped those idiots who formed his team and replace them with people who had played as attackers).

Oh, and I forgot to mention Chase, of course. We could have two statues as you went in; Rodent on the left and Chase on the right.

Agreed. Half of the Prem now play the kind of crap we have played for the last two seasons (only a bit more successfully). After the euphoria of the first year (Hull, Palace), fans just seem to end up hating their manager, their players, their club, and each other.

I don't want to go down, especially since I live in Vietnam and I have no chance of getting a stream if we are relegated, but there will be compensations.

If they showed all championship games out there how much would you care about relegation? Other then the it to pride I guess

Right, so today's a write-off, what more optimism have we got?

Looks like Palace have somehow managed to get hold of the Villa team-sheet for yesterday early too, so next hope is they get a point deduction over that. Urgh.

OK today we lost today but put in a magnificent effort to come back, we have a good chance if we can play like this in all 3 of our last games.

Man U away - they have nothing to play for really other than pride, a good chance to get a point here i think

Chelsea away - Chelsea are playing the reds next weekend, IF liverpool beat them they have won the title IMO and chelsea's title chase is over, Tuesday Chelsea play Athletico in CL, if they win this and the return leg they wont want to be playing a first team against us with CL final ahead. Again there is hope here if results go our way

Arsenal away - hoping that Everton slip up in the coming weeks, the gunners will hopefully be on the beach by the last game and this i feel is our greatest chance of bagging 3 points and hopefully survival.

We're still as far off the bottom three as before this weekend and have just three games left to play now. <ok>

After the Liverpool game I'm actually more confident we can take something from our last 3 games. But I also get a feeling results from below us won't go in our favour.
