Morning folks, absolutely buzzing about yesterdays victory .. has anyone heard anything about Wickham's fitness after his knock ? Amazing to think that after all of the debate about whether he was worth £8 million that he could end up keeping Sunderland in the Premier League and save the club 7 times his fee.
Usually a day or two for news to come through for knocks. They've got to wait for any swelling to recede before they can asses him. It's not serious though as we'd know by now, hopefully not even scan worthy.
Saw somewhere it was very minor & he didn`t want to come off, just knackered. Can`t find the dam thing now.
