Turner had better watch out he doesn't get bitten later!

Replay on that Turner challenge looked like he didn't actually touch the other guy.

The ref was shocking, bet you if liverpoo were in the middle of an attack he wouldn't have blown for half time.

pity we started off so nervy, seem to have found some composure now, next goal is crucial, if we can get it the pressure is really all on them, we have nothing to lose and they have the title!

RvW has also played some good football despite not scoring. Hooper is really just a poacher which is useless when he drops deep.

Yes, should have been at least 1 red card for scummy Norwich players

Is it an offence for an official to book a player wearing a red shirt?

Pretty poor first ten but once we dropped Redmond back to the wing we looked a lot better. Shame we still can't convert our Chances but definitely more promising.

You mean like when we had 2 on 1 and the ref blew his whistle to give a yellow card for a red card foul <doh>

There was no time and we were going nowhere, if we had a pacy build up/hoof forward then we might have had a chance.

Because Liverpool are always pearly white. Snodgrass booking was correct but Turner never touched Sterling and Liverpool players have been just as dirty yet get away with it. Quel surprise.

  12. I think you guys are being a little harsh on yourselves. You've applied yourselves well and pressured the ball well, problem is your defence is staying deep whilst your attackers press leaving a massive gap in midfield where we have three players. I don't think you could have done much about either goal TBH.

RvW needs support and confidence. Chopping and changing isn't helping the second factor, and our midfield options don't really help the first!

The formation should have been sorted from the beginning, and been tighter on your players.

Looked far more solid when we went 4-5-1. We were getting out numbered in midfield. Glad Neal spotted it but by then it's too late. Liverpool are outrageously good in the first 10-20 mins!

  16. I was surprised to see you had two up top TBH. You need to win so understand going for it but two up top was always going to leave spaces further back.

  17. That's been our tactic all season; out the blocks fast and get a early lead before playing counter-attacking football.

Games are won in midfield, and I think that's been our weakest area all season unfortunately.

and it's worked bloody well. If we can take a chance early in the second half this game will get very interesting.

  20. Just said on our board that we backed off towards the end of that half but we need to get the third before backing off really.
