I watched Chelsea play at Villa and I've just watched the match vs Mackems... horrific refereeing displays. Although slightly OTT, Mourinho has a valid point about the appalling decisions that have gone against them. That said, Ramirez should have walked for that punch today, still, they'll get him retrospectively, no doubt.
I'm still fuming at that penalty decision, to quote a Chelsea legend. "It's a ****ing disgrace". And by the way, the referee did not give it, the linesman did.
Altidore was looking for the pen! Put his foot towards the defender hoping for contact. Got it from the defenders trailing foot, which caused him to go down. Not a dive as such, but not a penalty either! Altidore was clever but a little naughty!

Wrong on all levels. The smack in the face leveled up a blatant push in the box, when Larson shoved Ramires as he was about to head home, and a red for sure. Ramires definately made the most of minimal contact against the baggies, and I would not try to defend that, like you are trying to defend Altidore. There was no contact from Azpi .​
