I signed a contract in 2011, got a letter 2 months later with a 2k increase but didn`t sign a new contract. The manager who gave me the pay rise has left since. My job description is not at risk .They are trying to rope me in though..
That is never going to happen. Not everyone sells out, and cash has never motivated me apart from supplying me with a comfortable amount of booze/food/drugs + a roof over my head. I have some debt to pay off then i'm leaving the UK for good, will see what happens. I know for a fact though that I'd never live on the IoM just for the sake of a few grand extra
