You're right to point these things out, matters can change very quickly during the last few games. We might stay up but it'll be by goal difference, could do with Spurs pushing on now that Parker's limped off.
They have 4 difficult games so that could actually happen. The problem for us is that their GD is too good to catch, if they lose today we'd be 7 points short with 2 games in hand. Even if we beat them we'd have had to have won two games, to none for them, to have a chance of going above them. They have Villa & Southampton at home and us away after the Mags ... lose today and they could really question Monk's tactics. He's not much more than an ex-player who's been chucked in at the deep end and is strugglng.
We want Swansea safe before they come up here pal. Swansea may win today but if they don't then they will beat Villa.
