I can guarantee that more often than not we've had the lesser gap between games than our opponents given all our European fixtures that 2/3rds of the league (including Liverpool) have not had. The rare occasion we have it in our favour and its all foil hats at the ready

Not sure i agree - momentum at this part of the season is huge, you guys will play in an electric atmosphere over in Spain, barring an absolute thonging from Real you will still be on a high, you will then goto Anfield with another amazing atmosphere, it wont be like playing a league game mid season. I believe that at this stage playing games helps particularly game like cl semi finals. Wish we were there Ps Even if you took a thonging, that would motivate the team to win their next game.
I would be more worried about what will be said if you dont win it. Everything that has been stated by many opposing fans means that should utd fail to qualify for europe then they are nailed on for title next year....
