Have to say that the RBR must still be the best aero package in F1. They only lost pole to Lewis in that final sector. Scary how quick they are. As for McLaren, well thats two aero circuits (Malaysia and China) and two complete and utter embarassments. Their car needs seriously ramping up. Talking of embarassments, I wish Lewis Hamilton would drop that American accent.
Rosberg bottle job. Hamilton sublime. Ricciardo establishing his position. Vergne good in rain. Alonso superb. Williams solid.
So Vettel doesn't exist now? No interview on why he didn't improve or if he had any underlying issues?
It's almost like he sees the camera and begins acting. He ia one if my fav drivers but just find his interviews a little cringeworthy. Not the same kid who started out. Like just then when they congratulated him on his British record and he was like "oh really..i didnt know". He must have forgotten that they also reminded him that he had equalled the record when interviewing in Bahrain. Anyway without wanting to bang on about that, he is certainly a brilliant qualifier and congrats to him for achieving it. He really does have the edge on a lot of guys on one lap.
Oh dear, it seems Vettel maybe one of the most overrated champions, no downforce-no grip no Vettel. Keep up the good work DR . Lewis looks like he is starting to break Nico, as the German ups his game Lewis goes to another level whether in the wet or the dry and Nico must realise that the Lewis of a age 29 is a different breed from the boy of 2011.
Oh ok after looking for myself rather than Sky sports doing their job and finding out for me Seb was unable to get a clean run in Q3 and that his sector times together were still pretty strong just unable to put them together in 1 run.
So in short he mucked up his q3. I am sure he was at the front of the pack in Q3 right before the rain started falling again..he should have done better.
It's not even that as both Mercedes, Williams, Ferrari, McLaren drivers were interviewed, yet this is the 3rd time that Vettel has been avoided in the main coverage in qualifying and race with Daniel being the only Red Bull driver. How can you not include the defending world champion in your coverage? Did Vettel say he had major reliability problems in Q3 or something? so Sky avoided it so they could still beat the drum that Daniel is sticking it to him and keep the story going as a result for those extra clicks? Sometimes it's laughable at how hard Sky sports are making out Vettels struggles in qualifying and the races when 2 of the times Daniel out qualified or beat Vettel in the race at Bahrain forgot to highlight the internal car problems as well... Sky sports are trying so hard to discredit Vettel they're even trying to contradict everything Renaults says lol it is truly shocking. Now I can see what the Hamilton fans had to deal with when BBC were around side stepping the issue with regards to reliability when Jenson beat him from time to time and yet "conveniently" forgetting the internal issues being a factor.
Exactly, that is something I would of liked to hear from Sebastian himself on Sky Sports rather than searching over other forums on different sports channels. He was much faster than Daniel all through qualifying then suddenly he doesn't improve when everybody else pretty much does. You know what I mean dhel it's something like that I want to know rather than just brush it off as nothing interesting and just paint it as "Vettel is struggling" without even having all the facts.

Don't they still have the 1-2-3 interviews after quali, so surely he would have said something during that?
Yeah, average driver in an average car, no one wants to speak to him anymore. That young Aussie hotshot looks the real deal. Vettel must be looking over his shoulder at Vergne next season unless he bucks his ideas up.
I would of thought so ASC but the interviewer was asking a question like in a drivers press conference rather than asking how he felt his performance was in qualifying and his thoughts. Seb didnt say anything with how he felt about his performance in the short footage, but instead being asked about his opinion on the gap to Mercedes in the wet etc, which I found strange...
