http://quizzes.london24.com/quiz/72268_206/who-should-qpr-keep-and-let-go.html I voted to keep Green, Hill, Carroll, Morrison, Jenas and Faurlin.
I went for Green, Hill, Carroll, Morrison, Jenas and Faurlin too. Bit of a strange one though.............some players aren't listed?
I'd go with those, though I only voted keep for Carroll, Ale and Morrison. If we can't permanently offload Cesar we have to play him, and Green's contract is up. If we are still in the Championship I'd probably keep Hill too. If Jenas could play more than 2 games in a row, he'd be an automatic pick, but I've given up waiting.
Faurlin on a PAYP. Hill and i would say Morrison but I don't think we have a chance. So that's at least 15 leaving for me and it looks like at least 12 going for everyone.
If we don't go up then we have to start playing our youngsters, we have enough of them that IMO are good enough to at least be in the squad if not playing every game. Frankie Sutherland, Max Ehmer, Harriman, Mo Sharif, Petrasso, Hitchcock are some that come immediately to mind.
just wondering what Bertrand Traore is doing there? and how can 77% vote for him to stay if he's not with us now, playing at Vitesse on loan from Chelscum?
Votes to stay: BAE 27% Carroll 59% Morrison 98% Krancjar 48% Keane 5% Maiga 4% Faurlin 94% Traore 77% O'Neil 26% Jenas 39% Green 93% SWP 4% Zamora 20% Benayoun 65% Johnson 14% Young 6% Hill 87% Ephraim 16%
to stay: BAE 27% Carroll 59% Ravel 98% Kranky 48% Keane 5% Maiga 4% Ale 94% Traore 77% O'Neill 25% JJ 39% Green 93% SWP 4% Bobby 20% Yossi 65% AJ 14% Luke Young 5% Hill 87% Ephraim 16% Doyle is missing from the list?
I'm stumped on the very first question because it would depend on which league we're in. As lazy as he has been at times, I think Ekotto would be a good player in the Prem. He'd have more motivation to play against good teams than against Barnsley on a wet Tuesday night (cliche alert). I'm not sure if such questions can be answered without knowing which division we're going to be in.
Lot of respect for Faurlin considering he may never be the same player again. Traore, Green, Morrison, Benayoun, Carroll, Kranjcar to stay. AJ, SWP and Young, call the vet! Keane is even worse than SWP, can't believe he got 5% to SWP's 4%.
I went for Green, Traore, Morrisson, Benayoun, Carroll, Ekotto, O'Neill and Hill to stay. Kranjcar (too fat), Jenas and a load of others (sick notes) out, including Faurlin. As much as I like the guy, he's been on the treatment table for nigh on two years now and with two busted knees, I think its time to cut our losses.
The thing with Morrison is a bit of a Catch-22. If QPR are promoted, then I'm not sure the Hammers would be minded to sell the guy to a London rival that's just got him match fit and performing well. On the other hand, if we fail in the play-offs, then why would he go to a Championship team? I wonder if we've got anybody that'd interest Fat Sam in a swap or P/X?
