So far... Rafa , southampton manager, holland manager, and ac milan manager... Cant spell their names but feel free to put them in. Anyhow...my guess is it will get to 7 names and none will be right...any thoughts or names I have missed?
The man who hasn't spoken once since he arrived? He's probably too busy getting fitted for tailored suits.
British so understands the league Adapts his management to the team so Stoke play a long ball, Palace play a passing game. Will organise the team and play a balanced line up. Good at dealing with the press and sets the right example by fining players for diving. Doesn't hold grudges. Expert in parking the bus if needed. Could unlock the potential of Chadli. List goes on... LOL..
Also Palace have one of the best defensive record's in the league for goals scored against, and god do we need that sorted,Pulis could be a good call!!
I don't recall Jol speaking to the press between his arrival as a Non-Specific Assistant and Santini flouncing out the door. Similar can be said for Avram Grant when he was suddenly placed within the Chelsea hierarchy, or Rene Meulenstein when he was parachuted onto the Fulham bench. His defence fell to pieces under cross-examination faster than ours did at the Etihad.
I wasn't meaning literally that's the reason, more that he appears to be a quiet man who likes a role in the background when we need a strong personality and presence and experience of dealing with the media.
