If true then I think we'll be putting next season down as a loss before we even hit the end of the world cup. What a joke.
Levy should be going all out to secure Tony Pullis as manager who can bring back excitement to the Lane and after he has improved Chamakh (which in itself is worthy of an award), just imagine what impact he could have on Lamela and Chadli.
He was clearly culpable for hiring AVB and for then compounding things by appointing "Tim, not so nice, but dim". If he allows Baldini to hire this apparently failed Italian manager, and it all goes tits up, then it will just be another addition to Levy's unsuccessful record of hiring managers.
A number of different journalists are claiming that this is a creation by Allegri's agent and that they've been told by Spurs that there's nothing to it.
'Reclusive bone-fan Rosie (as above) was found guilty of having an undeclared bank account in Monaco, but maintains her innocence'. She becomes the latest big name to be thrown into the hat to become the next manager at Spurs. New look Rosie has endured several severe make overs following her ordeal up before the beak (Judge) and has been quoted as saying "I feel I've had my nose rub in it a bit, but I'm now ready for a top top managerial position". When asked how she might feel if her name was not pulled out of the hat for the managers job, she replied "Wuff". Rosie later added that her owner was doing fine. There you see., anyone can make **** up.
Mick McCarthy's my man. Straight-talking, and with bags of international experience. He'd also be very, very cheap.
If we want a passionate manager, we should bring in Tata Martino. He rants and raves on the touchline when his players should be conceding free kicks instead of winning them, which is the sort of "passion" that 93% of England fans want to see in the dugout.
Mick's a good selection. Either him or Ian Dowie would take us back into the big time. Failing that, Paul Jewell.
No, can't agree there. The squad needs some harmony and confidence building. Roy Keane is the obvious candidate, n'est-pas?
Nah, he's too happy taking his sizeable ITV punditry wage packet as well as being Ireland's No. 2. Won't come to the Lane sad to say. We need someone of his ilk.
A lot of good names being bandied about, here. How about Ian Holloway? Worth a shout, surely. Sure, we might not play quite to the standards that we'd all hope and expect, but he'd play a blinder every time in the post-match interview. We'd basically have the managerial equivalent of Jethro, and that should make us media darlings again.
What about Pardew? He played for us once, sort of, and he's clearly trying to get out of his contract with Newcastle.
