Well done PMK, , i meant, its called young player of the year for a reason, Januzaj should be on there in my opinion.
Young players for me are under 21. 24 is getting towards the peak years for a footballer and thus they should be consider in the over 21 group.
Stupid that project Hazard is listed. He won Young Player if the Year, five years ago in France. In 09/10 he was nominated for Player of the Year and won Player of the Year twice in 10/11 and 11/12. And now he is up for Young Player of the Year again. Is he Benjamin Button or something
So? GK rarely ever get nominated. also why exactly do you care at all? Is it glorious sunshine in Wales today matt? It is here but I am at work..... sort of..... so I cant take advantage. You can, go outside
Has Janu played enough to justify his inclusion. Moyes must not rate him, Otherwise he would not have bought another attacker in Mata Fergie would have developed janu and Kagawa instead, and also cut out his cheating. De Gea is older than Project Hazard, there seems no rhyme or reason about age. They probably would have nominated Giggs this season if he had not committed incest with his sister
What about Rafael or Fabio. The non-******ed one, has he had a good season? Also, Gerrard, surely he 'deserves it' too. If you are looking to nominate a keeper, Skrtel is a good shout. His punching is superb and crucial in LFC's title charge
Ramsey and Hazard just about scrape in as young players imo, but Sturridge is just a piss take. With all the physical training young players get nowadays they really need to adjust the age guidelines. That said, it seems to be a very recent change having older players win the award. Ronaldo only won the award in 2007, despite being young enough in both 08 and 09 and being a million miles ahead of every young player (and player, for that matter) in both those seasons. Guess it just shows how far the quality of the PL has fallen since the heady days of the noughties... Suarez and Barkley for POTY and YPOTY for me. But given the current media love in for all things Liver, it will probably end up being Deserves and Sturridge respectively.
