Harry's being media-savvy there. If he said "we're already talking to 10 of the 15 players" the media will want names and details. And the agents will be all over it. I think you are being extremely naive if you think that people at the club are just bumbling along. Redknapp's been successful manager for decades, Fernandes is a very successful businessman, and Amit / Mittals didn't make their money by luck. As for 'massively overpaid wages' that's what negotiations are all about. For some, it'll be "if we get promotion, the deal will be in this ballpark" and for others it'll be different. We don't know individual names and numbers - but to assume that just because Harry won't discuss it with the media then it ain't hapening is just showing your ignorance, I'm afraid. Goes with your doomsday persona. Which is getting stale.
And going back to SB's post on page 1, these are 2013 numbers, not 2014. So it's from the last year in the PL, and by comparison the numbers aren't anywhere near as surprising, seeing as they will contain all of Adel's wages, all of Remy's wages, all of Cesar's wages..... need I go on? This seasons numbers, when they come out at the end of the financial year, will likely be considerably lower.

At last an argument where there will be a clear winner, we just have to wait a bit. If 15 or more players leave, including loans, Flyer wins. If less than 15 go, Willy is champ. Forfeit for the loser?

and how would you know that exactly, did you draw up the contracts? i recall TF already make it clear last year that most of them actually had relegation clauses, but you wouldn't believe it cause he's a liar.
