Netting for next season?

    What netting do you think we will have next season?

    The standard "tight" nets we have had the last couple seasons or something different?

    I hope we use netting similar to the ones used at the current under 15 championship, if anyone watched the game we played v juve earlier today? the nets were awesome, quite slack and gives a pleasing reaction when a goal is scored.

    ideally i would love the nets juventus actually had in the late 90s, which can be displayed in the following vid.

    Appologies for randomness of the topic i just have a bit of a thing for netting, im sure you all have weird things also.

    Im also a stickler for ragdoll physics in video games and i love women to wear heels in the bedroom.

    Tbh, I always notice a difference between the nets. The black and white ones were horrible, I love bright white nets.

    Weird article but I bet this becomes a good discussion <laugh>

    I like the net's nice and taught, so when the ball hits it it kind of springs back.mmmmm.

    i like nets that have a little give in them. Nothing like seeing a screamer buried into the back of the net. Not like this years tight nets.

    I like the ones that are tight, makes it look more like a goal for me <whistle>

    I'm in two minds, I love it when the ball hits the back of the net and its that tight that he bounces back out so you can smack it in again as a type of goal celebration, but I also like it when its slack as I like the noise when my balls hit. :bandit:

    p.s. I may have resorted to go a bit off topic.

    hate the nets you have to play with on fifa when you play as some Brazilian/Mexican/Argie team etc. All old school and triangular!who the **** do the think they are!

    Its hard to say which is better i love both loose and tight netting.

    What i will say is that the metal bar that runs around the bottom of the net although being more pratical for groundsmen actually harms the quality of the net reaction in my opinion, for tight nets anyway. I think nets should be pegged directly into the ground but thats just me, each to their own.

    I also hate black nets, there isint enough colour definition and i dont think goals look as good when scored. Man citys for example i think are ****.

    I like our nets as they were last season. I really don't like Everton, City or Fulham's though... they make the game duller to watch with those boring nets.

    We should get pink, tight nets. Lets all go super gay and have a disco. Does anybody believe it actually takes a 'real man' to wear pink ?

    Ever thought there should be no nets? I think it would make it fun if the ref had to guess whether or not the ball went in.
