Buying back Elland Road and not having to pay extortionate rent will be a massive step in the right direction, it could also be used to generate income by holding other events. If we manage to do that before the start of next season along with getting the wage bill under control by shifting players who are no longer going to feature that will be a big thumbs up from me. Again next season I am not expecting promotion, if we sneak the play off great, as long we we improve performance wise on the pitch and this time next season all agree that we have a much larger "who would we keep list" then it is progress.
