You'll also find many pointing exactly that out and adding "one game at a time" but feel free to continue picking and choosing what to report back
The omens are bad, did you see ££££ dropping points tonight? I thought they may drop points away from the council football stadium but not there. It seems ££££ bottle it as much as Arsenal, lets hope the chavs show more balls, if Jose goes for the bus tactic at Anfield it will fail, he needs to set his team up to control the game not stifle it.
The RS will bottle it in the home straight. There is no way they'll get maximum points. Some of them are already stating their name is on the trophy... Will be great fun when they lose it
I think its exactly the opposite to that. If they open up and try to play it will suit us better. Parking the bus has worked for them before including against arguably one of the best teams the planet as seen in Barca. The fact that they need to win plays into our hands (assuming we beat Norwich of course, no disrespect intended to them either before Christine gets her knickers in a twist)
No big shakes for me Geri if the ******ed scousers are saying they have the name on the trophy! And that many not - just a few - are saying all they need is a draw against the chavs. Premature gloating may mean egg on the face
TBF, most have been looking at the title and assuming all teams will win most games. Man City drawing tonight only changed one thing in that regard, what Liverpool need from the Chelsea game (still assuming the other three games are won). It doesn't mean Liverpool fans are being arrogant, before tonights game there were quite a few saying both us and Chelsea had to win that game too, no one picked up on that. But, as many have rightly pointed out, its one game at a time and Norwich are next.
Man City are 3pts behind if they win their game in hand, they are not out of it. If they'd lost, then I'd agree since they would need to win all their games and hope we mess up twice.
Sorry but I am of those who can remember ££££ making up 8 points on the team in front to win the title. The RS may well win that title at last but the look of disappointment will be nicer to behold if they miss out..
Billion pound ££££ bottle it again, how much more will it take for them to win another Premier League title?
It's not about counting chickens, it's about looking at it objectively. The Chelsea game is the pivotal game as a positive result allows breathing space for Liverpool. Unless Etoo has a blinder I really can't see Chelsea getting anything more than a draw. If this was the Chelsea team of even 3/4 years ago with Drogba as their talisman, then I'd say they had a chance. But with no one to bully that Liverpool defence, all of Chelsea's play will be in front of the Liverpool back line, not behind it. And with the young, inexperienced team Chelsea have, and nobody in that spine to push them on (like they used to), I really can't see it.
My concern would be Hazard, Oscar and Schurrie playing in the three AM roles with Gerrard at DM, he will need help there. For some reason, I have a feeling Schurrie will play up front against us. Salah is nailed on to play too since he can't play against A.Madrid.
Who will be your midfield - Gerrard and Lucas? I think he'll go more defensive instead of playing the more attacking Allen but I could be wrong (also depends if Sturridge is out). Either way Oscar, mark my words will flop. Hazard is class and on the left against Johnson? could be a handful. But trouble is whatever the likes of Hazard, Oscar or even Shurrle do, there's nobody up front I can see getting behind the Livpl defence. In the end I think those three will become void and your midfield will dominate.
If Sturridge is out, I think we'll play a 433 with Lucas and Allen either side of Gerrard. Coutinho and Sterling either side of Suarez up top. If Sturridge is fit, one of Lucas or Allen will take Hendo's place. I'd prefer Lucas but Allen is Brod's love child.
