Ever since I got banned from the Chelski board for saying what a bad bunch of fans they have, the following has occurred:

1-Chelsea fans rioted in Paris, damaging cafes, and throwing up Nazi salutes.

2-Chelsea fans start singing during minute of silence for Hillsborough.

    <ok>

You were banned from the Chavs board after they played in Paris, you were banned from their board because you were wumming them about it.
Chelsea didn't play this weekend so how could their fans sing during the minutes silence.
Stop going on other team's boards trying to cause trouble

http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/news/swansea-vs-chelsea-recap-action-3409254 - go down to Martin Lipton's comment at 4:44pm. Fans singing were outside the stadium.

You were banned because you're a childish **** with rage issues, I imagine.

So do we have to bring an arsenal fan being banned from a chelsea board onto ours?

Thread has probably run its course anyway.

correction... but even as volunteers they are legally obliged to adhere to the laws of the country just as the site owner is.. ergo.. posting abuse is illegal and its not enough to say its on one board or another or users don't have to... any complaint to the police would have the site owner and these guys in court per the newcastle based twitter trolls recently

Have to disagree mito, they should be named and shamed and their vile posts should be highlighted and brought into the open on this thread.

Read my link above, was nothing to do with sky - the fans were outside the stadium.

<laugh><laugh> What a load of bollocks. They're not legally obliged to do a single thing.

Think you'd be better reading up on the media/social media rules and guidelines set out by the attorney general in preparation for the new inquests drogs.<ok>

What are they obliged to do though? Go to the police?

A mod is just as obliged as your or I are Page, it's not a job nor do they sign any contracts. Otherwise Mick could go and appoint any ****er as a mod who hadn't been using their account for months.

If you have a link stating otherwise then fair enough.

A mod has the means to delete comments and to warn persistent posters of offensive remarks, and also recommend a ban if the member ignores the warning?

Understand that mate but I seriously doubt they're 'obliged' to do anything about it by law. They can delete all they want but there's nothing to stop people returning and making more comments.

Like I said, if I'm wrong fair enough.

I'm not certain you are wrong drogs, but if as mito pointed out someone put an official complaint in to the authorities about certain remarks by certain posters the site could be shut down, then the mods not doing enough as a whole would have contributed to it and we'd all end up with nowhere to argue the toss or worse still on ja606.<yikes>

  16. Mods can only control their own area. Site bans are only applied by mods of the the same teams board unless a supermod decides they should go. I can put a case together on your behalf if you gather the evidence (Enricky did this for Viva_Ronaldo before). A supermod will issue a warning. If they continue then they will be banned.

Not exactly my "#zerotolerence" approach but I can't alter it. I will continue to ban the nobheads from our board though.

This particular Chelsea fan isn't laughing anymore.

Police are investigating after offensive comments about the Hillsborough disaster were posted online.
Merseyside Police said they had received a number of complaints since yesterday afternoon about comments posted by a Facebook user concerning the 1989 disaster.
The Chelsea fan then posted a picture of his ticket to the club's game at Anfield later this month.
The comments were posted on Twitter as an image and retweeted by a number of users.
A police spokesman said: "Thanks to all who have reported the image containing offensive Hillsborough comments.
"We are aware of this and are currently investigating."
The comments were made yesterday as the 25th anniversary of the service was marked

    From tonight's Liverpool Echo.

Wasn't and not getting at our mods dev, I mean you have your own forum and the other mods are obviously aware of what's going on and what's being said etc.

  19. I've asked the supermods to look at the comments in this thread!

As I've previously said, I'm not prepared to read the cpmments on the Chelsea board myself. If the supermods refuse to read it then someone needs to provide a list of evidence.
