This article explains why no Celtic fan should be pining for a top tier Huns or even expect it to happen. Far more succinctly than I could put it.

Pud is in denial. Rangers are dead and no facsimile, copy, clone, doppelgänger or zombie reincarnation will be challenging Celtic for many, many years to come.

It's a bit like expecting a wheelchair bound gimpoid to go 12 rounds with a champion boxer. It willnae happen because it's just no plausible.

So they are just going to continue haemorrhaging money and going into admin/liquidation every few years in some sort of endless cycle of debt and rage?

No, the reality is that once the money runs out this time the vultures will pick the bones clean. Rangers: Part II are terminally ill and Rangers: Part III may never exist.

There's far more money to be made squeezing football fans than there is from a few industrial units. They'll keep zombie ticking over so long as they can made a few bucks.

They just need to get another motor mount like Green in over the summer, he'll talk a load of ****e but pander to the idiots and they'll all be falling over each other to by the seasons book again.

Tam, they'll no get the same amount renewing this year due to a multitude of things (****e fitba', Dave King, lack of interest etc)

They are losing money hand-over-fist as it stands with the current income levels and had to take out loans/ask players to defer wages. Unless they dramatically cut costs they won't be able to sustain it for another 6 months, never mind until next May.

Another admin (and possibly liquidation) is inevitable without serious outside investment and if anyone was genuinely going to pump that amount of cash into the club they would have done it already.

Pud is right that is the biggest pile of ****e ever. If rangers go into admin then the shareholders will lose out. Their debt is currently unsecured.

That's the same Tony Stokes who went to an IRA funeral and battered an Elvis impersonator outside a pub.

I'll get my facts and opinions for a more sensible source Pud.

Aye, but the point was about finances Pud, no whether some ******ed footballer "misses Rangers"

If you trust Stokes that much then send him all you bills and bank details and let him organise your finances...

The blogger is talking pure ****e .... I bet the huns as they are will still be around in years to come. Knocking down Ibrox <doh>

My point's is not about the finances of rangers ... more that the SPFL is ****e!

Having new rangers in it might bring some excitement to it ... and if they can become competitive it will benefit celtic.

Most players want to play comepetitive football and wont hang around for long if they dont get it.

Every single person on this board wanted Rangers pumped out the league and demanded change in Scottish football.

Less than two seasons gone and now it's backtracking on that because the league isn't competitive enough.

    Never heard of patience?

I wanted them ****ed originally ... and I still laugh like **** at the daily ongoings!

However, I miss celtic/rangers games and no matter what anybody says, they will still treat them like old firm games (if they get into top league).

This wishing that they die again is counter productive.

Patience???? No current SPFL team will catch Celtic.

If rangers die again, look forward to 25 in a row!
