Us fellows need to all be more aware not only of this type of cancer but also the problem of prostate enlargement which affects the great majority of men over the age of sixty.
A friend of mine in his mid fifties had never heard of the prostate gland and what it' function is and he had a wife who was an NHS employee.

Just remember guys, it is the biggest killer of men and of those that do not get cancer, the great majority will have problems with it in their advanced years.

So find out about it and the symptoms before it's too late!

Just had mine checked and all OK. Remember Bob at Arsenal and if my memory serves me correct he was a teacher prior to his playing days. An all around nice guy and our best wishes go out to him for a full recovery, which is very possible if you remember Lance Armstrong and our Canadian keeper Craig Forrest were also diagnosed with the problem many years ago and went on to a good life.

Get to 50, and the Doctors all want to put on a pair of marigolds to check you out!- I think I went to see the doc about a spot on my nose and he put on the magic gloves!- Seriously though, as someone who has had episodes of prostate niggles, it can be horrible, so go and get any aches etc checked out.

There is a huge difference between cancer and prostate enlargement. I in 10 men get it. Go see the doc
