    Just came back and played on the weekend plus extra time. Also some muscle tightness. Think he will come of the bench.

    The team must be knackered but Ramsey most of all. I was horrified at him playing so much after so long out. This is partly why our injury list is so bad.

    Just saw yours SJW. taken mine down.

    Main problem is lack of movement in the front 4, but hopefully Kallstrom is the type to come charging through midfield ala ramsey.
    Then there is Vermaelen at LB. West Ham have Downing and Jarvis on the wings, both of whom are rapid. He will be destroyed.

    yeah a lot of news on it.

    It will be played for 90 mins of normal time .
    45 mins each way .

    The teams will wear different colours .
    Both teams will start with a goalkeeper and will attempt to score more goals than the other team .

    fascinating stuff really.

    Gibbs is starting to ****ing annoy me. Every other game this guy is injured, seriously **** off. Monreal has turned into Andre Santos in the last month or so and Gibbs can't play two games in a row.The signing of Luke Shaw seems very tempting right now.

    that's the team I would have played. With OXO and Ramsey on the bench, we have some good options.

    Also, this 11 has to be one of the slowest Arsenal team's under Wenger. Only Rosicky and Sagna can run with any real speed. Could be a long night.

    we need an early game for this one. otherwise West Ham will just sit back and counter on the wings. if we score early, they will have to attack, meaning long balls into Carroll. If Mertesacker can pressure him for every cross, then Koscielny can sweep up afterwards with his pace. Easy...

    He looked half dead against Wigan at the end. Understandable that they do not want to risk him, because if we do start him and he pulls a muscle then that's our one pacey player out for the rest of the season.
