I'm certainly not defending it.I merely pointed out that there is no mention of Liverpool fans in the article that was posted
I am not the one scanning the internet for anything related even remotely to Liverpool. Aren't you a United supporter?
Nonce. Do you know what a Nonce is? He never mentioned Liverpool FC. I can say with 100% certainty that had someone vandalised a grave of any one of the dead from Hillsborough your thread would be in meltdown so wind your ****ing neck in.
After reading the link which makes no mention of Liverpool I asked the OP how he knew it was Liverpool fans. He never posted a photo with the first post.
In other words, you're wrong. Now that this is established, do you care to rethink your overall reaction to what he posted? Or do you still think that because of who the OP is the content is perfectly ok?
You may have noticed I didn't start the personal insults but being you are a mod on this board I respect that you can run it as you wish.I have no wish to fall out with you
Whoever painted it is a **** and should be ashamed of him/herself, people making disgusting remarks about others who lost their lives in sporting disasters are scum whether its painted(as in the photo)or on internet forums. Liam Whelan RIP.
This is why I saw no point in the thread. Whats OI expected to happen has happened. Might be worth closing it.
Matthe - your mind is changing as quick as your edits... from mindless thugs to Liverpool fans to Liverpool fan now which is it?
The guy should be banned for posting misleading threads and trying to cause conflict between 2 sets of fans.
See the first post. A Liverpool fan spray '' Munich bastard'' on a bridge dedicated to Irish victim Liam Whelan - http://www.independent.ie/sport/graf...-30184680.html The first few words are a attempt to cause conflict between 2 sets of fan for sure. Because the article doesnt mention Liverpool fan.
I've no wish to fall out with you either. And my reaction was my own, I'm a silent mod as far as I'm concerned. The FACT is, the likes of Donga and Astro are regularly offended by anything people purporting to be United fans do on a regular basis and I don't see fans of opposing clubs going on their board shouting them down. As far as I'm concerned what is good for the goose. He said it was done by a Liverpool fan and, looking at it, it clearly was. As I said in my post above, if a grave of anyone connected with Hillsborough, or any other tragedy for that matter, was vandalised with the letters M U F C, the Pool board would be in uproar.
You said misleading thread, not post, sorry to be picky. The thread title is not misleading. He followed it up with a picture, I fail to see your argument.
That is the point that I tried to make but I was told I'm wrong because the OP later posted a photo off Twitter.I didn't waste my time questioning the authenticity of the Twitter photo.
